The Popular Show Campaign 4 Introduces the Soldiers Party

Since the launch of Campaign 4, new Dungeon Master Brennan Lee Mulligan has kept fans guessing with deep backstory, a diverse cast of personalities, and a thrilling plot showcasing angels, demons, and dark forces expanding in power within the urban setting.

Warning: Spoilers for Episode 3 of the new season are included.

The Warrior Group Unveiled

Episode 3 concluded with a huge suspense moment and presented the initial group of characters who will separate from the central cast to undertake their separate journey, apart from the other two tables.

This warrior group consists of Teor Pridesire (portrayed by Travis), the agile character (the talented performer), Tyranny (Whitney Moore), the cleric (the player), and Kattigan Vale (Robbie Daymond).

Dividing the Cast

With an extensive roster, it was obvious from the outset that maintaining everyone at one table would be unworkable.

Hence, the opening chapters of Campaign 4 serve as an Overture, weaving together the personal journeys before splitting into three smaller tables: Fighters, Planners, and Explorers.

What Defines the Warrior Group

According to the Dungeon Master, the warrior group is for players who enjoy a classically intense fight-heavy gameplay experience where non-violent answers are rare.

Initially, characters like the reluctant priest Wicander Halovar might appear mismatched, but the developments of the latest installment demonstrate why these specific adventurers are perfectly fit for the combat party.

Motivations for Departure

To begin with, the group understands precisely where to go next after a brutal opening clash with the enemy group.

An old friend of the deceased character—whose death started the story’s plot—manipulated the enemy for his selfish purposes, entering the hidden lair, attacking the rogue, and taking all the powerful objects to sell off.

The antagonist then paid off his debts and fled to a fortified location in Gormalay, Timmony, above the city, with Cyd Pridesire pursuing him.

Individual Reasons

Moreover, each character has a individual motive to exit the metropolitan area:

  • The rogue, as the companion and best friend, wants retribution.
  • The adventurer has experience in the region and advises that it is a dangerous environment.
  • The strong character and The cleric, having resisted his relatives’ demands to execute the fighter and instead saved him, have nowhere else to go.
  • Yet, their position as key figures in House Halovar could enable the team reach areas they usually can’t.
  • Furthermore, The grateful character vowed a unbreakable promise to Wicander for his deliverance and will now follow him wherever.

Fugitives

Lastly, all of them are hunted by the authorities that rule the setting for a multiple motives, making lingering locally dangerous:

  • The rogue and The hero are recognized lawbreakers.
  • Tyranny and The cleric betrayed the influential house and the army of fiends they are aligned with.
  • Teor is marked for death by the family.

This leaves them few options but to journey toward the remote area in pursuit of the traitor.

Upcoming Developments

From episode three’s post-show segment, we discover that the combat party won’t be around next week, leaving the other eight cast members to form the Explorers and Schemers groups.

Viewers can expect finding out which players will be assigned to which table in the season’s concluding setup installment, streaming live on October 24.
